Taylor is a graduate of the College of William and Mary with a degree in economics and a minor in mathematics. He is currently employed as an economist at the Bureau of Labor Statistics and has a strong practical background with mathematics. Before coming to the Washington, D.C. area Taylor was employed at the Institute for the Theory and Practice of International Relations researching development finance and international political economy. He has a working proficiency in Arabic and served as a
