Hello! My name is Elyse and I'm a junior biology student enrolled at Kettering University. For my whole life, teachers have been a strong influence in my academic career. In high school, my teachers inspired me to pursue a degree in science, and my college professors push me to do my best and allow me to achieve my goals, even if I do not immediately understand a concept. Without my mentors, I would never have found my passion for science. For this reason, I plan to pursue a career in education
