My name is Julia and I have been tutoring for several years now. I grew up in New York, and majored in English and Film Theory at McGill University in Montreal. Since graduating, my writing has been featured in The New Yorker, New York magazine, McSweeney’s Internet Tendency, Cosmopolitan, Food and Wine, Broadly, The Atlantic, CollegeHumor, Entertainment Weekly, People, the Believer, Buzzfeed, and many others. Last November, I published a book originally based off of a Shouts and Murmurs piece i
