My name is LaTicia and I have had 5 years teaching experience in kindergarten through 5th grade. I pride myself in pushing students to set high but obtainable goals and reach those goals through hard work and determination. I feel that it is important to teach skills to a student that they are currently learning in school. In my experience, if you try to go back and teach skills that the rest of the class learned long ago than the child becomes frustrated and ultimately falls further behind.
