I am varied in my approach to teaching depending on the situation. I taught College Reading classes for which I have received excellent peer, supervisory and student feedback. Additional duties included coordinating and supervising the student tutors. I have taught science in the GED programs for the prison system of North Carolina, German conversation at a local manufacturing company, and taught/tutored English as a Second Language—specifically for the workplace—in community colleges in five
