My teaching philosophy - In my opinion, teaching fulfills two functions: One is to impart the necessary knowledge; the other is to facilitate learning. The first function pertains to the content of teaching, meaning that the instructor must examine the relevancy and applicability of the information to be taught about a subject of interest. The second function relates to the means by which the content of teaching is to be properly delivered to the students so that knowledge retention and skill tr
