Hello! I have worked as an urban educator for 20+ years. I have recently relocated to the Memphis area. Before coming to this area I taught third-grade and technology education for several years. Currently, I am a first-grade teacher. While working in an urban school I learned how significant it is for our youngest learners to have well-developed kindergarten readiness skills. Yet I had the most joy in creating light bulb moments for my students. Moments when they gain an understanding of t
