I have worked in a public high school for the past 15 years. The first nine years was as an English teacher. I taught writing, the research process, novels, literary analysis, and all the other necessary parts of a high school English course. Six years ago I became my school's Library Media Specialist. As the school librarian I work with teachers to plan research projects and work with students to help them successfully find accurate and appropriate materials to complete these assignments.
