My name is Donell O. and I currently reside in Alexandria Virginia, (about 15 minutes outside of our nation’s capital). Prior to moving to Alexandria, I worked for the City of Portsmouth, Virginia as a Social Worker in the Foster Care Unit for five years. I was also raised in Portsmouth, Virginia and born in Norfolk, Virginia.I received a Bachelor of Science degree from James Madison University, majoring in Sociology in 2005 and started working for PDSS in 2007. I also did work as a resid
