I obtained my undergraduate degree in Elementary Education in December 2009. I substitute taught for pre-K through eighth grade for two years after graduating. I taught whole and small group instruction in areas of reading, writing, math, science, and social studies. I also assisted teachers during this experience by tutoring children individually during class time in areas of reading and math.
