I am a graduate student in my sixth (and final) year of a Ph.D. in neuroscience at UCLA. The road that brought me to my current research was long and involved mastering a lot of subjects, from writing, to math and physics, and of course an exceptional depth in biology and chemistry. In high school, calculus and physics were favorite subjects as they described the world in logical and understandable ways (and I can teach you in such plain-english terms as well!). At UC Berkeley, I became inter
