I have always enjoyed the language arts and helping students of all ages improve their language skills. I have tutored native English speakers and non-native English speakers with reading, writing, listening, and speaking and it's always a pleasure to see students recognize their own improvements.It's particularly rewarding to see children recognize improved facility with reading and writing. I have tutored privately and through the volunteer tutoring program at Portland State University.
