During my Ph.D. program in the department of chemistry, Michigan State University, I was assigned as a teaching assistant in every semester. It is a rare opportunity that a graduate student would get to teach every semester. This experience held me up on my teaching career. The sections of classes were close 25 students and I typically teach about 3 sections, each section twice a week. My teaching supervisor was Dr. Ardeshir Azadnia as the major focus was in chemistry Laboratory classes while te
