I'm a writer who has earned both a BA in Journalism (with an English minor) and an MFA in Creative Writing. I have taught and tutored writing in multiple settings from volunteer positions to a lectureship at a well-regarded university. I hope to help students feel confident in their own abilities by encouraging their own understanding(s) of the subject while presenting them with tools and methods to expand those understandings--to include English conventions, skills, and a grasp of craft possibi
