I graduated with B.S. Biochemistry and Biology with Molecular Emphasis in May 2017. During my time at Loyola, I did undergraduate research in Dr. Olsen's biochemistry lab. Since graduating, I've been working in Research and Development for Stepan Company developing surfactant blends. My long term goal is to leave industry and return to academia in two to three years to pursue a PhD in Molecular Genetics and shift careers to teaching university classes.
