The key to learning any subject is to be able to read. My father had limited education, but he instilled in me the value of reading. I have no college degrees but I am a retired professional who managed college degreed personnel for a major pharmaceutical company. After receiving formal training in AutoCAD and Microsoft applications, I have trained many of my peers and direct reports to use these same applications. My success was possible because I did not ask anyone for answers I did not know.
