I have 17 years of teaching experience . In my last job, I was a the GED volunteer/insructor at a homeless Shelter for AmeriCorps. Before that, I was a special education teacher at a youth detention center. I taught language arts, social science, and reading for grades 6th through 12th. I also taugh GED students in the same subjects. I started my teaching career teaching 8th grade Georgia History . The thing I love about tutoring is helping students reach their goals and be successf
