I am a research assistant in a Chemistry lab at UCSB and a recent CCS Chemistry graduate looking to gain more teaching experience. I have tutored friends and family before and have always enjoyed the experience. I find it inspiring to see that spark of enlightenment in a student's eyes when a new concept finally clicks. I focus on first developing an intuitive understanding of the ideas involved in a particular subject before engaging the student in practice problems relevant to their interests
