Graduated from UNC with a degree in Zoology and an internship in Medical Tecnology. After a brief time working in a medical lab, I chose to enter the medical sales field where I spent nearly 27 years. Starting in the phamaceutical area, I then spent most of those years in the implant field, including artificial heart valves and stents. I was corporate training manager and a regional manager.
