I am a retired high school teacher and am currently a Growing Readers Mentor at an Elementary School, where we spend 30 minutes per student. I have mentored students with reading, comprehension and writing since 1/2003. My students are kindergartners, first graders and second graders who were registered in the Growing Readers program by their teachers and approved by theirparents/parent/guardian.My previous teaching experience taught me that people learn in different ways like some remember
