While teaching and tutoring for 18 years, I have taught in both elementary and middle school settings. My experience has included teaching special education students, gifted and talented students, and ESL students. My concept of tutoring is to make the experience enjoyable for the student. Most students do not want to be sitting for an hour doing "extra" school work. However, I am very inventive in establishing creative lessons to keep the student's attention while covering all required concept
