As a Substitute Teacher, I work with students of all ability levels and from both Middle and High Schools on a regular basis. I recognize that every student learns in a unique way. As a teacher, it is my job to help facilitate that learning process. For me the best part of working with a student is getting to witness their "Aha!" Moments when they finally get a topic or concept that they had previously been struggling with. I love being able to help a student reach that moment.
