I believe that teachers who demonstrate curiosity and passion on the subject they teach motivate students to learn as well. Therefore, as a teacher I will try to learn every day, read new articles and studies on pedagogical finding related to my job. I always try to be updated. Another way that I like to keep up with new teaching ideas is collaborating with other faculty members who are enthusiastic about using instructional methods and I try to take advantage of this diversity and teamwork.
