Thor has been in education for ever a decade, teaching second and fifth grade. He is currently working on his master's in special education. He is a father of two teenagers, one of whom is in special education. He knows firsthand a parent's point of view when working with a struggling child. He has been tutoring one student for three years now. Through dedication, compassion and imagination his young student has made great strides in math. Thor was born and raised in Albany, New York.
