I graduated from the University of Kentucky, and immediately moved to Oklahoma to begin teaching. I have been teaching at Oklahoma City Public Schools for three years, now, primarily working with low-income students. I love seeing students finally understand a difficult concept! It's extremely fulfilling to see that light in their eyes and watch their confidence grow. I am an avid reader and writer, and am comfortable sharing skills for reading and writing success with all types of students.
