As a published writer, produced playwright and in high school an advanced student in AP English, my theatre background kept me interested in great literature and inspired my love for Shakespeare, James Joyce, Medieval through modern history. My love of literature lead me to the stories of those who learned despite great obstacles and supposed disabilities. In childhood I portrayed blind/deaf Helen Keller and fell in love with her story.
