I was born in Cape Coast in Ghana and completed my High school in 1983. I was employed by Ghana Education Service to teach Elementary school as a pupil teacher so, in 1985, I got admission into Teachers Training College where I studied mathematics and education. In 1988 I completed and obtained 3 year Posec Certificate "A" which allowed me to teach in middle and Junior secondary schools.
