I received my BA in History education from the University of Northern Iowa in 2006. In addition to my history degree, I also earned an all-social studies endorsement, which allowed me to teach economics, government, sociology, and geography as well. I had planned on teaching, but, encouraged by a professor at my school, decided to go to grad school with hopes of becoming a professor.
