I am from Senegal in West Africa and fluent in both English and French.I go by "MR. TEE". I have been tutoring and teaching since 1992. I have been a substitute teacher with the Binghamton School District for 5 years in French, English as Second Language (ESL), and Social Studies. I also have been teaching English to adult immigrants with the American Civic Association in preparation for the U.S Citizenship Test.
