I am an American citizen who grew up overseas speaking English, Italian and French in the home. I was educated in Switzerland and England where I finished high school, following the English school system which puts a lot of emphasis on language and composition. Consequently I was accepted to the School of Languages and Linguistics at Georgetown University, Washington D.C.
