I have worked in the Information Technology field for over 24 years. I have held multiple positions from working level I support to currently managing 8 associates in varying positions.I have done a large amount of training for end users, training the trainers along with mentoring employees. With this training I have worked with study material previously created to creating my own agenda and study material to use. This included follow-up process to ensure those that I was educating were gras
