I taught sixth grade for 27 years. I work closely with both student and parent to establish strong study skills so learning can be achieved. I have been on most District committees and all committees within my school. I was Student Council Advisor for 12 years and have been a mentor for new and struggling teachers.After retirement in 2006 I continued my education by completing my reading endorsement as a Reading Specialist K-12. I was hired by Mesa as a Math/Reading Interventionist for K-6.
