I graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2011. I received my first teaching job in Dec. 2011 at Booker T. Washington STEM Academy as a 4th grade gifted teacher. In 2013, I decided to relocate back home and accepted a position as a 4th grade teacher at CICS Longwood Charter School which I am currently still employed. Since being at Longwood, I have taught 4th grade for two years, 5th grade for two years, and I am currently a 3rd grade teacher. In addition to teaching, I
