At present, I am a licensed public school teacher with a special education credential in Las Vegas, Nevada. I have taught grade 6 as well as 7th and 8th grade English in the New York City public school system. I have also taught citizenship and ESL to adults at the community college level. In addition, I am an experienced university lecturer in Women's Studies and Film.
