I began my career as a paraprofessional in a special education classroom for grades one through three before becoming an English teacher. I taught English in 7th grade for three years, and have five years experience teaching high school English. I have always loved working with students with special needs, so two years ago, I pursued my Special Educator's License, Grades K-12. I have worked in an Alternative Learning Program as a one to one tutor and a residential program for behavioral students
