Hi, I'm Vicki! I find teaching to be incredibly rewarding. I enjoy watching students make progress and adjusting my teaching methods accordingly so that the student 'gets it'. Those 'ah-ha' moments and the students' grin of pride when they've accomplished a new skill is what motivates me in this profession. I am currently a substitute teacher which allows me flexibility in my schedule as I am back in school earning my Special Education Endorsement and Masters Degree in Education. I've been SIOP
