I've tutored analytical and creative writing with 7th - 12th graders in the Berkeley schools for seven years as a volunteer with Writer Coach Connection. During that time, I was also part of a select group chosen to tutor seniors on their college admission essays, to train groups of students county-wide on college essay composition, and to evaluate & rank scholarship application essays for the West Contra Costa County Ed Fund. I created and taught a popular college essay workshop for first gener
