I began working with individuals with Special Needs shortly after my Honorable Discharge from the United States Army in 2000. I also began my College studies in Education around that period. My college experience is diverse and extensive; my first instinct was to become a History Teacher; however, after working with many children and young adults with Autism, I eventually got my BA in History along with my 30 credit Special Education Certificate (065). I am currently a Special Education Teacher
