In addition to 10 years experience as a business owner and trainer for special populations and athletes, I also work as an adjunct in an undergraduate Exercise Science program. My teaching duties include ACSM's personal training certification as well as supervising seniors in the undergraduate program with client assessment and program design. I feel teaching is a way to blend theory from text books with application gleaned from experience and potentially open up the fulfilling world of pe
