Robert C. (B.S.E.E. Penn State 1961) is an electrical engineer with 43 years of experience in systems engineering, test engineering and engineering management in the aerospace and defense industries. Mr. C. retired from Honeywell International as a System Engineering Fellow in 2005. He is currently at the Pennsylvania State University, University Park, PA where he is Co-Instructor, EDSGN 597C (Systems Design), EDSGN 497C (Systems Engineering) and Research Projects Manager, Systems Design Lab
