I have spent several years in the Army, after 4 years of Active service I pursued a BS in Sports Science-Exercise Physiology. Read numerous books on health, fitness, & nutrition. Have a strong love of life, health, & the human body. Understand that in living life we must all consume chemicals, nutrition, food in order to survive.
