Having taught, tutored, and coached ESL and English for over 15 years now, I have a passion for proper communication - writing, speaking, listening, reading, presenting, persuading, and negotiating. In 2006, I earned a Master's degree in Communication/Organizational Leadership from the University of Denver. I also completed a Certification in Teaching English (TESL) from the University of Colorado. I hold a Further Certificate in Teaching Business English from the International House, San Diego
