I have lived in Southern Oregon most of my life. I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Art with a Minor in Spanish from Southern Oregon University then went on to earn a Master of Arts in Teaching Elementary and Early Childhood Education also from Southern Oregon University. I was a substitute teacher here in Southern Oregon and Northern California for two years after earning my degree before moving to Northern Nevada for a full time teaching position. I taught full time for over 8 years in Nevada
