Hello! My name is Heather, and I have been in education for 8 years. Prior to that, I spent many years doing Social Work in Illinois. I do have a Master's Degree in Education and am certified to teach grades k-9 in Illinois, and grades 4-8 (Regular Ed.) and grades prek-12 (Special Ed.) in Texas. The majority of my teaching career has been in alternative education, where I worked with students who were expulsion eligible.
