Hello my name is Carol. I am currently Highly Qualified in Special Education (specifically in Behavior Disorders) and Early Childhood Education. Recently I retired after teaching for 25 years. Over the course of 25 years I have taught and worked with students with emotional disorders, autism, mental retardation, Learning Disabilities, ADD/ADHD, and with physical/orthopedic challenges. I believe that it is most important to learn what motivates the student, and to determine how they best learn a
