I am an early childhood teacher (k-3) for special needs students, such as ADHD, Aspergers, and other learning disabilities. I have been a teacher for 3 years from grades K-3 for all subjects. For struggling students I use a combination of hands-on instruction and drill and practice along with positive rewards for motivation to learn the topic.
