I teach because I get personal fulfillment from it. I care, I take the job seriously, I believe that learning occurs in environments that are safe and supportive. If asked what makes a good teacher, I would say these things make the most difference, but I understand that parents need to know more about the academic background of the tutor they hire. My background is broad. I have studied at a number of reputable universities. I graduated with honors from an Ivy League undergraduate prog
