My love of teaching comes from a career as an Industrial Engineer. Industrial Engineers provide solutions through analysis and solve routine problems in manufacturing or service related industries. Inherently, solutions often require implementation and training. The training process is essentially teaching, and that includes working closely with individuals. It is in that capacity, combined with many years of substitute teaching, that I have found the teaching of Mathematics to be very rewarding
