I have teaching experience in public high schools, GED classes and have taught for the last six years as an adjunct English professor for a local community college. I worked for 10 years with low literacy adults and am very knowledgeable with techniques and tools for various learning styles and learning difficulties. I believe in hands-on learning as more effective for students. I also believe in teaching creative and innovative thinking so concepts are retained as opposed to just memorized.
