I am a film producer, screenwriter, and professor based in Miami. After I earned my J.D. at Duke University, I practiced corporate law for three years. Although I enjoyed the legal profession, I yearned to pursue my dream of telling stories through movies, so I enrolled in the graduate Film program at Florida State University. My M.F.A. thesis project was screened at festivals in London, Tokyo, Germany, and São Paulo. A few years later I produced and co-wrote a feature film, which Miramax Films
